If you are seeking a leave of absence for a medical condition, you must provide appropriate documentation from an attending health care professional. Students who elect to request the advance appointment of a chairperson will have one year from the date of the approval of the chairperson’s appointment to request the appointment of the remaining member s of the complete dissertation committee.
